We do the work that comes round every week.
We build an AI employee to do your routine finance, admin, operations, writing, data and support work. Your team keeps the decisions and the customers. We run the AI employee every day and answer for the work.
The first call is free. A no is a fine answer.
We draw your AI employee from 59 proven skills.
Every skill has already done the same job in a live client business. No skill reaches your team untested. You start with one skill, or a role's worth.

We agree a job description before we build anything.
The job description names the jobs, the files we may open, what comes back and who approves. You agree the job description in writing first. We touch nothing outside the job description.
You list the jobs worth moving, one by one. We open only the inboxes, files and workspaces you approve, and nothing else.
Every job names what comes back, such as a draft, a record or a report. You name the person who approves the sensitive work before the work goes out.
We run nothing you have not agreed in writing.
A finance AI employee does the entries and the chasing.
One role covers bookkeeping, invoice data, reconciliation, reporting and credit control. The AI employee prepares the work named in the job description.
Invoices arrive, transactions need coding and overdue balances need chasing. The AI employee reads the invoices, posts the entries and reconciles the ledgers.
The chases and the month-end report come back drafted. Your finance lead checks the entries, clears the exceptions and approves every message going to a customer.
The role above is an example · We claim no client result
Your finance lead keeps every judgement call.
We put the AI employee in the chat your team already uses.
Your team already keeps Microsoft Teams or Google Workspace open all day. The AI employee works in that chat, so nothing gets installed and nobody learns a new screen.
Someone on your team hands the AI employee a named job in the usual chat. The AI employee works from the agreed instructions and the approved sources, and opens nothing else.
A named person in your team says yes before gated work goes out. Each week a named person at Struan signs the report your team reads.
We run the AI employee and your people make the decisions.
Nobody on your team picks up the running. Your people spend the week on customers instead of admin.
We write the role, connect the role to your tools and run the agreed work every day. We fix the mistakes, tune the AI employee as the work changes and sign the weekly report.
Your team names the jobs, decides which work needs a yes and gives the yes when the work is right. Your people keep the relationships and make the judgement calls.
You decide how far the role goes, and how fast.
We name a first role on the call.
The first call is free. We go through the jobs your team repeats and the tools you already run. We name the work an AI employee could carry and the work your people should keep.
