You keep the report and every approval decision your people made that week. When something slips, Struan puts the task right and stays accountable for running the role.
Your data stays yours in a region you agree first.
Your data stays your property before, during and after the engagement. Struan holds and processes your production data in the UK or EU, in the region you agree. An AI employee works through your own Microsoft Teams or Google Workspace setup, on the agreed work only. You and Struan sign the data agreement before any work begins, and the agreement records the region.
You can stop the role on any day, for any reason.
You tell Struan which AI employee to stop and which work to stop. Struan then follows the written stop procedure for that role. The action log keeps the record of every job completed before you asked, so nothing goes missing.
